How to report a bug
- Open the SS14 Launcher.
- Go to Options.
- Enable Verbose Launcher Logging.
- Select Open log directory.
- Delete the existing logs.
- Reproduce the problem.
- Return to the log directory and upload the newly generated log.
Privacy and Hardware Information
Logs may contain hardware information, such as your graphics card or other system information.
You may remove any personal or sensitive information from the log before uploading it publicly.
Alternatively, you can open a ticket and provide the log there. Only admins have access to ticket contents, making this the preferred option if you do not want to share the log publicly.
Bug reports can also be submitted through a ticket if the information involved should remain private.
